Shipping and Delivery Policy
Our current shipping policy only applies to Australia. Currently we do not provide International shipping.
Shipping Method : Orders are usually shipped by using UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Handling Time, Transit Time and Order Cutoff Time:
Handling time: 1-2 days (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 7-8 days. (Monday – Friday)
Our Order cut-off Time: 16:00 (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney).
Shipping Rate: Free shipping for all orders within Australia.
Shipping costs:
Shipping is free. We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home, 100% free. There is also no minimum order quantity required.
Tracking your order:
You'll receive an email when your order is shipped with a Tracking number. We provide our customers with a self hosted Track your order page which you can use to track your package.
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms that your order is registered in our system and is now being processed.
Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check your items before buying.
Delayed Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived after the maximum delivery time, don’t worry! Wait an extra two days and use your tracking code to check its status. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.
